EPGE and IBRE Monetary Policy Conference in honor of the 70th anniversary of Professor José Júlio Senna

On March 18 took place the seminar "Monetary Policy in Brazil" event promoted by FGV/IBRE and FGV/EPGE in honor of the seventy years of Professor José Júlio Senna. During the seminar, held in the auditorium M. F. Thompson Motta, various guests discussed about the contributions of Professor José Júlio Senna for the study and practice of monetary economics in Brazil.

The panels were attended by the Director of FGV/IBRE, Professor Luiz Schymura; Director of FGV/EPGE Professor Rubens Penha Cysne; Advisor of AC Pastore, Affonso Pastore; Professors of FGV/EPGE Fernando de Holanda Barbosa and Sergio da Costa Werlang; Director of FGV/Growth and Development, Roberto Castello Branco; Professor at PUC-Rio, Afonso Bevilaqua; economists of Banco BTG Pactual, Eduardo Loyo, and Banco Brasil Plural, Mario Mesquita, besides the Director of Ibiúna Investimentos, Rodrigo Azevedo.

The closure included the speech of the honored, Professor José Júlio Senna.
